Specialist road, warehouse and line marking services

We work with

Supermarkets

Supermarket car parks are notoriously busy places where pedestrians and vehicles try to navigate around each other safely. We work closely with supermarkets, maintaining their car parks and installing road markings to keep traffic flowing efficiently.

Retail parks

Line markings and floor graphics keep traffic moving safely in busy retail parks. We have years of experience working on retail parks, adding white lining, road markings, and car park bays. Our team of skilled technicians will work with you from beginning to end.

Distribution centres

We offer a one-stop service for warehouses, factories, and distribution centres. Our skilled team is experienced in everything from cleaning to surface preparation and floor markings. Using the latest equipment, we can quickly cover large areas to a high standard.

EV charging bay markings

Professionally finished, highly visible EV charging bay markings make it easy for drivers to find the nearest place to plug in. Our skilled technicians have years of experience creating bespoke designs, finished to a high standard, in car parks and service stations up and down the country.

Surface preparation

Removing dirt, dust, and grime is an important part of looking after your floor. If you want your white lining and floor graphics to last longer, the floor's surface must be professionally prepared. We offer a one-stop service from cleaning to surface preparation and line marking.

Sealing and anti-slip coatings

Concrete sealing gives floors a protective finish that is easier to clean. We use various floor coatings, including some that are designed with anti-skid technology to add traction and prevent accidents. Our experienced team can help you determine what kind of floor coating you need.

Commercial pressure washing

Your car park is the first thing your customs notice about your business, so it pays to keep it clean and tidy. From car park to cladding, we offer a range of exterior cleaning services. Our high-pressure jet wash removes dirt, algae, oil, and chewing gum for a spotless finish.

We have over 35 years’ experience in road and floor markings, and we love talking about what we do!

What areas of the country do you cover?

We offer line painting and exterior cleaning services across England, Scotland, and Wales.

From our head office in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire, we coordinate a team of people that work nationwide.

What is thermoplastic line marking?

Thermoplastic line marking uses a type of paint specifically designed for roads. Hardwearing and reflective, it’s an ideal paint for busy highways.

This type of road marking paint is applied hot and melts onto the road’s surface, creating a durable bond. You can also buy thermoplastic line marking paint in pre-formed shapes and rolls for easy application.

Why is surface preparation important?

To get the most from your road and floor markings, the surface must be prepared correctly before you paint on it. If the surface is dirty or dusty, the paint will not adhere to it, and your floor markings will need replacing sooner than you planned.

We cover the whole process from beginning to end, starting with pressure washing and shot blasting. Using our ride-on shot blaster, we can cover large areas quickly.

How are road markings painted?

Road markings can be laid by hand or using specialist machinery. The white lines you see on the roads are typically made using a line marking machine.

The type of surface and the scale of the area determine what method we use. With more than 35 years of experience in the industry, we know how to pick the right tools for the job.

Who is responsible for road markings?

Most public roads are the responsibility of the local authority. The Department for Transport provides all local authorities with rules and regulations for road markings and traffic signs to ensure consistency.

Private land and car parks are the responsibility of the land owner or the tenant.
